      lots of hours. average to slightly above average pay

      Cons

      low pay for the expectations, high stress, lots of drama, easy to get fired. If you can do the work you can do better elsewhere. If you can't do better elsewhere you wont survive here.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
