      Sometimes interesting projects, good engineering team

      For the Schaumburg Location: Poor management, no clear direction, inconsistent expectations. Consistent overtime expected. Broken engineering processes. No interest in improving the quality of the product. There seems to be a belief that yelling can fix everything.

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
