      Great people on the floor, smart people, hard workers

      Cons

      HR Refuses to give holiday bonuses to people out on medical leave, including people with 40+ years, even tho probationary employees got it being here one week, awful management, but the head of HR hates the workforce and the plant managers afraid to say nothing, ceo came thru didn't listen to anyone on the floor

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
