We go to great lengths, as you know, from going through our interview process, to hire top talent. I take exception to your comment on innovation. Our education division has been trusted by some of the top organizations in the world as they pivoted to new technologies, including NASA, 3M, Intel, Microsoft, British Petroleum, and the United States Air Force, Army, and Navy. Internally, from monthly "lunch-and-learns" on topics like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to working groups dedicated to these same areas of expertise, we work to stay out in front. Please attend one of our webinars. Speak to our employees about our working groups. You will find an organization focused on making sure our clients stay in the lead. In regards to pay, we continually interview candidates to make sure we are competitive. As you may know, in the tech market, you don't last long or retain an amazing team without compensation that is at, or above, the industry standard. Thanks for the feedback.
