      None, free fruit and free parking

      Clueless management, favoritism, the worst quality on the services provided. I felt bad for the clients I managed. Super low salary, lower than the competition. Lack of team work culture, no one cares and or is willing to help

      Pros

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
