      Pros

      Very friendly and supportive work colleagues, even under stress. Employment conditions are good (salery, leave, flextime)

      Cons

      Management (or lack there of) is incompetent, expects 120% from employees but does not give any support. The organisation chart is changed monthly (new roles alocated then reverted back). High turnover of staff.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
