      Pros

      Most of the front line and supporting colleagues are nice Typical MNC offers stable and fixed remuneration

      Cons

      Poor CEO - Focus on numbers only - Cutting everyone's benefit within the organization and get the highest paid among the industry - Setting too much data review, make everyone busy to do the data entry instead of working on the business - Keep making cost cutting and created a poor culture and environment for Middle management - General staffs are asked to work more and more In general speaking, no winner in the organization except the CEO.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
