      Pros

      Multitasking, economic lunch (not free), many types of reporting, many legal entities in Korea

      Cons

      Moved to a remote city from Seoul, CEO doesn't have dominant power over the legal entities and not smart or enthusiastic enough to lead the org. The global CEO (a French gentleman) is squeezing the juice out of the corporate for his own performance.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
