Pros
None hardly can think of any.
Cons
A lot of talent but no room for growth. Retention is too bad because there is no transparency in the business also, team members never get communicated clearly in terms of what is actually expected of them. No contribution from the leadership except they all travel business class around the world. Managers don't really know the right contribution made by their teams since they hardly get involved with team members. Spend awful a lot on unnecessary trainings instead of rewarding employees on their performances to appreciate and recognise their talent and hard work. Business fashion is to make staff redundant since leadership team don't wish to use their brains towards generating revenue and profit. According to leadership team reducing the workforce is the only solution. And they are been paid between £150K - £350K per annum to make these silly decisions. Leadership team locked behind the doors always, no interaction with their teams and get away with murder. It is like being on holiday always.
