Pros

They don’t check your work. You can do 12+ hours a day and be home chilling and they pay you. Managers don’t know too much cuz they are interns and everyone left so they got promoted.

Cons

They don’t have prevailing wage too much but they don’t check your hours so you can put down whatever and it’s cool. They give you raises but I be running the Sante Fe Springs office and the top inspector but they don’t appreciate it too much .

Good hours and schedule, Quiet work environment, Potential for hybrid work opportunities

Cons

Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
