      Good coworkers A good place to get experience with lots of different techniques Decent development scheme

      Cons

      Not the most competitive pay Minimal bonuses and yearly pay rises Hard to get an in depth understanding of the techniques as the emphasis is on getting work done as fast as possible How fast you progress through the development scheme is dependent on your team as it is hard to get any time to do the required work.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
