Most of the ppl are great!

Cons

Same that all have previously listened. There are fake reviews on here. Be sure to look at the “style” of writing for the good reviews, then compare that to the “style” of writing for the Management responses. Do most of them appear to be the same?

Pros

The biggest pro of working at Intiva Health is the people that you get to work with. All of the employees at Intiva Health are so welcoming and friendly. The benefits and pay are also outstanding! You get 6 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, paid health insurance, 401(k), and an ESOP. The work itself is great and I feel encouraged and supported to make any suggestions that may improve my department or the company as a whole. All employees understand what the mission of the company is and it is nice that we are all working together to accomplish this.

I cannot think of any cons at this time.
