1. The team members are all incredible 2. The leading edge of the technology is great to learn as well as getting an understanding of crypto-currency and how it will be used in the healthcare market. 3. An opportunity to gain an early position in the company as it moves toward an exit. 4. Generous PTO

Cons

1. 8-5 with no real ability to work remotely on occasion. Given the nature of an early stage company, understandable. 2. Commuting is a time suck for those of us that live in north Austin.

Pros

The biggest pro of working at Intiva Health is the people that you get to work with. All of the employees at Intiva Health are so welcoming and friendly. The benefits and pay are also outstanding! You get 6 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, paid health insurance, 401(k), and an ESOP. The work itself is great and I feel encouraged and supported to make any suggestions that may improve my department or the company as a whole. All employees understand what the mission of the company is and it is nice that we are all working together to accomplish this.
