For skimming: - You will never be respected and always treated as an outsider by the inner circle. - You will be spied on by the inner circle so they can report back to the president. - You will be threatened by the president with a lawsuit if you ever try to speak out. - You will be constantly micromanaged. - Your work will be undermined and questioned every day. - You will be expected to go "above and beyond" but the definition of this is determined by the President and he pushes the finish line until you realize you never will meet it. - You will not receive anything in equity. The shares promised continued to be diluted and withheld all so the President can pocket any actual compensation. Bonus: - Many ex-employees have been threatened. - Multiple people were so bullied at the company they were forced to resign - During COVID employee requests for any protection were ignored until the state forced a shut-down - Only under threat of financial consequences with the President act. He does not care about his employees. - The company is already involved in multiple frivolous lawsuits. - The president is a convicted felon (look up his name. All of it is public record) Accepting a position at the company means you are coming under the rule of a microtyrant. A micromanaging tyrant that will quickly poison you and everyone else. This tyrant’s whole identity relies on being the most powerful person in the room and to do that they will always do their best to make you feel small and stupid. Upsettingly, this person is the owner of Intiva Health and has surrounded himself with "yes men" (and women) who are so entrenched in the vileness of the company that they are willing to throw others under the bus so they can maintain their good standing. This microtyrant will not accept any criticism or opposing ideas. Only his ideas are correct and regardless of your expertise, he "writes the paychecks so this way is the only way." Very sadly, the president does not realize that all the failures that he screams about (yes, he often screams) all have one variable in common - him. However, as a mircotyrant the only fantasy he can accept is that he is correct in all things and not meeting a goal isn't because he undermined his employees at every turn, but that everyone else must be against him and therefore useless. There is no solution to working for this type of person. One day you will quit this job and find actual happiness elsewhere. Please know that they will present a decent image to start with, but you quickly see their true colors. Those that stay are either the types that are desperately hoping for a big payout that will never come, or they have grown so complacent that they keep repeating "this isn't so bad" and turn a blind eye on the people actively being abused by management. Any positive reviews from the last two years are fake and were written by management. I know this. I had to write one and I'm ashamed for doing so. You will be so much happier and healthier if you turn away and run from Intiva Health.
