      - Growing company looking to improve not only customers experience but also employees experience. - Upper management. Without these higher ups the company would not be the same. They are amazing. - Open door policy. They care about the employees and are very open about it. Anyone can confide in anyone without feeling judged.

      Cons

      - Change happens. If you cant keep up or get stuck in old ways don't apply.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

      Cons

      Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
