Pros

Currently, many positions are remote, likely to remain due to contract labor.

Cons

Customer satisfaction is difficult to achieve, in part due to some of them being their own worst enemy and lack of accountability. However, there are legitimate issues with some of the over promises made by sales people, aggressive performance metrics which encourage reps to get off the call fast without solving the issues, and the hostility of other departments and knowledge silos. Clunky reliance on Microsoft office is very old school, and there are limited opportunities for advancement in this position.

Pros

Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

Cons

Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
