      Pros

      Nice people, established and profitable company, industry leader, if you have limited sales experience this is a good place to get started.

      Cons

      The CRM system is old and outdated, the installation centers are disorganized, many customers are inconvenienced and unhappy, unfair lead distribution system. This is a sweat shop but is run by nice people.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

      Cons

      Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
