      Some great people work here.

      Cons

      All sales driven, no vision for the future. The device is old bulky out dated. Look at all their competitors and how they rate compared to CST/Interlock.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

      Cons

      Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
