Pros
Patient care is at the forefront of everyone’s mind from management on down. Whether it’s our people in the OR, billing specialists, or operations team, insuring that the patient receives the best possible care as we monitor their surgeries and upholding that they are treated kindly and ethically from the start of their procedures all the way through final billing. Our office feels more like a family many days than a work environment. Everyone is very friendly, and management encourages everyone to work as a team, not as individual sections. Even when work doesn’t dictate direct interaction there’s a general friendliness between sections and even with our remote employees. From my experience many of the supervisors and management team are understanding of the fact that everyone has their own personal lives outside the office and are flexible when it comes to family emergencies and other life matters. Finally, there is a sense of company pride in what we do and what we stand for. I for one can honestly say that I am proud to wear the IntraNerve Neuroscience logo and love it when people ask me what I do because I can share with confidence that I am in the field of patient care. After spending a decade in military service, INN was an easy transition in terms of professional, goal-oriented and fulfilling employment!
