Pros

IntraNerve is a great company to work for, I'm so grateful I made the leap from FT hospital tech to FT remote monitoring. Some of the Pros: - Provides all equipment, except the desk and chair! - Gives great training - Room for growth - Set schedule and guaranteed hours - AMAZING teammates - Leadership truly seems to care about you

Cons

Shifts can be stressful at times needing to remember every little thing that has to be done, but they provide resources and tools to help you be successful and the coordinator team is really responsive.

Pros

The Leadership at Intranerve is some of the best I have ever worked for. They provide a lot of support for their employees and want everyone to succeed. Work life balance is good and, at least my boss, ensures that I am never overwhelmed with too much work but always encourages me to improve myself and the work that I do. Also, there are lot of opportunities to move up if you are willing to work for it.

Cons

Not a con for me, but if you are outgoing and love to interact with coworkers mostly everyone keeps to themselves and in some positions you won't see most of your coworkers very often.
