Thank you for sharing your thoughts about INN. We are pleased to hear that you found the pay competitive and the work both challenging and engaging. Regarding your advice to eliminate the multi-campus and different learning modules, this is just not possible. To provide 24/7 patient care, INN must follow the many requirements of our healthcare facility partners, so that our remote EEG professionals are granted the credentials to render such care. INN is always seeking ways to streamline processes, but we must work within the requirements of our healthcare partners.

Pros

The Leadership at Intranerve is some of the best I have ever worked for. They provide a lot of support for their employees and want everyone to succeed. Work life balance is good and, at least my boss, ensures that I am never overwhelmed with too much work but always encourages me to improve myself and the work that I do. Also, there are lot of opportunities to move up if you are willing to work for it.

Cons

Not a con for me, but if you are outgoing and love to interact with coworkers mostly everyone keeps to themselves and in some positions you won't see most of your coworkers very often.
