Pros

Intrax provided me with opportunities to travel a lot both internationally and domestically which I really appreciated and learned a lot from. There is a lot of flexibility in work hours and location and they support you to a certain extent in taking care of your personal and family life.

Cons

While working for Intrax, I always felt like they were only concerned about what their employees produce and how they perform and how they can use their employees to generate the highest profit possible at the smallest expense and smallest time invested into inspiring their employees. They did this at the expense of their employees and their well being. Employees feel undervalued and like their ideas can never go anywhere - there is no room for creativity or personal growth and during my 5 years there I never felt like they empowered me to grow, learn, or execute my talents to the best of my ability. Their leadership team is mismanaged and they use guilt and humiliation as a way to get their employees to perform, instead of trying to inspire and engage with them. Many managers who use this type of management style have been promoted as they understand the corporate vision, but do not get that of the "global empowerment" vision.

Pros

During my Trainee program, I was surrounded by friendly and approachable people who were always willing to help me. The work culture was positive and collaborative, which made it easy to learn and grow. I gained valuable professional experience and felt welcomed as part of the team from the very beginning.

Cons

Honestly, there were very few downsides. The only real negative was that the program felt too short - I would have loved the opportunity to stay longer.

Cons

Everything, very disorganized training and learn as you go kind of thing but they smile in your face and make it seem as if their supportive when actually they are monitoring your every mistake and everyone is always afraid to show up authentically
