Pros
Great people and culture. Company pays well and has excellent benefits. Intuit goes to great lengths to make sure employees have what they need to be successful.
Cons
Still living in the '90s in terms of how projects and programs are managed and organized. Company has made some effort to become an Agile organization but is still well behind the curve and leverages the waterfall methodology as its primary process.
