Pros

Joining Intuit has been an incredible experience from day one. The onboarding program is one of the best I've encountered — well-structured, thoughtful, and genuinely makes you feel welcomed and set up for success. The benefits package is outstanding and speaks to how much the company invests in its employees' well-being. The environment at the Mountain View campus is amazing - there's always activities and events to join. They make it a place where you thrive, not just work.

Cons

As with any large organization, there's a significant learning curve. Intuit has a massive infrastructure and its own internal language and vocabulary that takes time to absorb. It's taken a month or two to get my bearings, but it's never felt overwhelming and I've never felt that I didn't have someone to connect with to figure it out.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
