Pros

Good Benefits but like most Silicon Valley companies those are slowly being cut back. Great Employees in Canada but Engineering jobs are being off-shored to India Challenging Work although often too few resources to get the work done without making personal sacrifices to safe company money.

Cons

Silicon Valley Company Mindset and Propaganda - eg. being told Intuit is a "Great place to Work" by Intuit Management inspite of declining surveys. Constantly jumping to the latest management "Best Practices" bandwagons, employees often fall victim to trends. Performance based evaluations are driven by budgets and statistics. Evaluations are made up after annual increases have been set. Continued risk of job position being off-shored to India to save money.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
