- I really liked how everyone seemed to be very polite and respectful in working this seasonal ATE position - Convenience of working from home - Great online resources for information and managing your work life - Great tech support help resources
Cons
- More team-building opportunities during tax season - All ATE agents should have been trained to handle Turbotax Business - Clunky hardware (phone, computer workstation) shipped to remote employees to be set up at home; everything we needed to do our job should have been available as a web interface on our personal computer. - Work schedule was not as flexible as initially advertised - Knowledge Base for Turbotax support needs to be improved, many customer tax situations and/or Turbotax errors are still not covered by support articles.
