Pros

They do not treat you as employees & work is not pushed to you. They will let you know the objective & the problem statement and are open to any solutions and ideas you come up with. Hence helping your overall growth. They pamper you with lot of gifts & goodies all the time. Learning curve is good and lot of opportunities to learn and do what you love doing. Free food (good food), Transport, Gym, Zumba, Yoga etc I am an LGBT community candidate and I did not feel one bit weird while coming out. This is the first company in all these years who are truly so inclusive. They walk the talk. They conduct so many events to keep the employees engaged. They literally treat employees as their best assets. Work-Life balance & flexibility. It is No.2 on the list of Great Places To Work & I really experienced why it is so. Truly deserving.

Cons

Though it is an enterprise and has been there for 35 years they still work like a startup. Don't expect the speed to be lesser because it is quite an old organization. Personally for me it is a good & not really a con. But just mentioning to set expectations.

Pros

Great engineering culture, supportive team, strong mentorship, and meaningful intern projects with real product impact.

Cons

Large company processes can sometimes make onboarding and finding the right information slower at first.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
