      Pros

      Intuit is driven by a clear purpose and values, which resonate with me. Everyone is welcoming and eager to learn from each other. I love how fast-paced and innovative the business is. There is a fantastic volunteering initiative and the benefits are the best I've ever had in a job.

      Cons

      Due to its fast growth, sometimes there are inconsistencies across the business and channels of communication can be unclear. There wasn't a particular onboarding for me, it was BAU and learn as you go along, which suits me but may not be for everyone.

      Amazing benefits and good people

      Culture has shifted drastically. The expectation now is do more for less. What used to be above and beyond is now just achieving expectations. You're expected to absorb the work of everyone let go. You do 4 peoples' jobs, but the concept of promotions or pay raises is out of the question. Trust from customers and employees toward leaders is completely broken. The only prosperity being powered is the prosperity of shareholders and investors.
