Pros

Great pay, benefits and PTO

Cons

Agents are expected to be experts on 30+ different services and tech products in addition to 3rd party add on software. Pushed to sell as many per call as possible. Extremely high goal expectations to input ratio. Call and chat inputs are dispersed causing less inputs making meeting or exceeding metrics very difficult. Intuit no longer provides loyalty rewards for tenor. Very stressful and constant rotating of teams and management. Good coaching is scarce. Urged to sell tops down regardless of consumer needs.

Pros

Amazing benefits and good people

Cons

Culture has shifted drastically. The expectation now is do more for less. What used to be above and beyond is now just achieving expectations. You're expected to absorb the work of everyone let go. You do 4 peoples' jobs, but the concept of promotions or pay raises is out of the question. Trust from customers and employees toward leaders is completely broken. The only prosperity being powered is the prosperity of shareholders and investors.
