Pros

You will learn a lot of skills that will help you get another better payroll job if you hold the right certifications

Cons

The interview was straightforward, but Amy described the job as mostly copy-paste work—which isn’t accurate at all. That might apply to basic Phase 1 cases, but you’re rarely limited to those. You’re constantly expected to take on more complex and high-pressure Phase 2 and 3 cases, yet the compensation stays exactly the same.

Pros

Amazing benefits and good people

Cons

Culture has shifted drastically. The expectation now is do more for less. What used to be above and beyond is now just achieving expectations. You're expected to absorb the work of everyone let go. You do 4 peoples' jobs, but the concept of promotions or pay raises is out of the question. Trust from customers and employees toward leaders is completely broken. The only prosperity being powered is the prosperity of shareholders and investors.
