Pros
Excellent retirement benefits Good overall benefits Majority of employees are a pleasure to work with
Cons
-Incentive Compensation companywide is trending lower year over year even in some of the strongest profit years of the company. -Employees can get frustrated when the company reacts more to short-term market volatility as opposed to remaining true to its long-term strategies. -Substantial budget/headcount cuts over the past decade have disrupted the ability to have work/life balance. -Inequality from one location to another. Great if you in Atlanta, not so great if you are in Houston or another location. -
