      Good ffamlily feeling - everyone knows each other as the average employee stay is around 7 to 10 years. Friendly atmosphere amongst staff.

      Cons

      Company operates like it was a tiny company!!! Very tight and does not motivates employees at all! Micromanagement its a his highest in this company!
