Pros
Great pay. Good development of sales staff depending on who your manager or external partner is.
Cons
Very numbers driven, they care more about how many calls you make more than how many actual sales you make. People get ahead by being "yes" men. Some sales managers has never had any sales experience so after your first phone call, you will have more experience than your manager.
