      Pros

      An alright place to be. Good benefits. Well organized and process oriented. People are very nice and there are some that have been working there since 1980s.

      Cons

      Constant cost cutting and "workforce location optimization" meaning jobs are moved to cheaper markets. All calls are made in the US. Everybody says it used to be better when it was Canadian company.
