Pros
The training is so in dept and the trainers are so amazing! They really take the time to teach you everything and it's done in such an interactive way you feel like you're in school learning about mutual funds.
Cons
Management pick on you for no reason. They nit pick on the most ridiculous things you could be doing your job amazingly but they will put you down to the ground and pull you into useless meetings. They work you to the pulp but sweat you for useless things. They tell you during your first weeks that they will be there to support you and work with you to be successful they tell you that they are looking out for your success FALSE. They will laugh in your face and get rid of you by tomorrow morning. Steer clear of this company if you are looking for a career you definitely will not have it at this company unless you kiss up to someone.
