Continued lack of diversity in the UK Distribution Team - Sales Director Invesco Employee Review

Toxic distribution team. Real lack of women within distribution at director and above. Many leave or are made redundant. Management are aware and continue to ignore this. I wouldn't recommend Invesco (distribution) to any female counterparts. Senior management are focused on the US. Culture at the top isn't being cascaded down.
