Pros

1. There are lot of learning opportunities if you end up in a good team. 2. Health benefits are decent 3. Ample leaves 4. Has decent brand name 5. Work Life balance is decent so you hardly need to stretch

Cons

Work-from-Home Policy: Flexibility for working from home is barely a suggestion. You’re expected to show up in the office three days a week. Work Culture Shift: The work culture used to be solid, but after the leadership shake-up, the company feels less like an AMC and more like a BPO. Learning & Development: Don’t expect a Learning & Development team to help you grow. HR and Tech Support: HR and tech teams are either stretched thin or just not that interested. Send them a query, and you might get a reply—eventually. Cost-Cutting Measures: The pay is so far below the market standards, you might wonder if they’re compensating you for a job or a hobby. Also don’t be surprised if they start asking you to bring your own coffee for the office machine. Office Conditions: The office is falling apart, with nonfunctional ACs in the elevator lobby and elevators that work when they feel like it. The washrooms are in such poor shape, they make government building facilities look almost appealing.

It depends on the group you're in. Nice office....
