Pros

Compensation was great, but they slowly began to pull back on these values to save money. Environment was fine to a certain degree. Clean facilities and comfortable work space. Safety was pretty good as well. 401k and match was healthy

Cons

Health Insurance not very good. There was barely any leadership. Lack of adequate teamwork across business entities. Work began to dull. Some team-members including leadership were too young for crucial positions of the business ultimately affecting the validity of decision-making. Process control was not very good as there were consistent quality issues. Customer happiness was "fair" at best as there were decisions made to hold back support costing greater frustrations. Work-life balance could also be a struggle at times.

Pros

I believe Invio Automation is a great place to work because it offers an amazing work-life balance and a positive, supportive culture. I feel trusted to do my job, and I appreciate having the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that keep things interesting. Everyone is willing to help each other, and I believe the company genuinely cares about its employees and creates an environment where you can continue to learn and grow.

Cons

I believe that, because we're a growing company, employees sometimes wear a lot of different hats, which can make the workload feel busy at times. That said, I think it's very manageable, and the variety of work keeps each day interesting.

Pros

My internship as a Marketing and Communications Intern was a great first step into the internal communications industry. I was trusted with meaningful projects that challenged me to problem-solve when things didn't go as planned, which helped me build confidence and adaptability. One of the biggest lessons I learned was the importance of having someone review your work before it goes out and help you view situations from a different angle, an invaluable skill that I'll carry with me throughout my career. I also appreciated that I was given additional responsibilities whenever I asked for them. Management was supportive, responsive, and genuinely interested in how I was doing throughout the internship. I always felt encouraged to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Cons

I didn't have any major concerns during my internship. Overall, it was a positive experience that provided valuable hands-on learning and professional development.
