You’ll Do Well if You are a Brown Noser - Senior Software Engineer Invitae Employee Review

You will not last if you’re not a seasoned brown noser to the executive commercial leadership and some of the talent ops heads. Sr Leaders and Talent Ops will tell you the foundation of the culture is honest feedback, but doing so will make you instantaneously regret ANY well intentioned feedback that is not favorable to them. Plan on feeling like a complete fool for trusting the “culture” as well. What’s worse is the “leaders” I’m referencing to are so pathetically unqualified for their jobs that they have outright fired highly qualified outstanding contributors, due to leadership’s own ignorance. I honestly just shake my head in complete disbelief at times.
