Leadership is a disaster. The cultural tenants are just posters on the wall. Company has grown very fast with no solid integration planning, and instead of coming up with plans to fix duplicated projects and initiatives between branches, they allowed them to all run for almost a year, then fired ICs when they had to cancel the projects. Most, if not all, the managers who failed to do any preventative kept their jobs.
