Pros
- Work on meaningful solutions to help improve people's lives - Interesting, challenging work - Start-up culture - fast moving, progress driven, empowered environment - Amazing people - very diverse backgrounds and just good, enjoyable people to interact with and learn alongside - Great benefits - flexible leave (i.e., unlimited PTO), benefits fully paid for, free lunches, endless snacks, commuter benefits, etc. - Solid work/life balance - we work hard, play hard, but genuinely people here want you to spend time with your friends and family after work and on the weekends (i.e, not trying to burn people out here)
Cons
- Can often appear disorganized - structure seems to be a bad thing here in many areas and that means there is some wasted, disorganized efforts where people aren't talking to each other or sharing as they should. - Sometimes slow to make decisions - seems like there are some issues/decisions that just linger longer than they should.
