Pros
- Great Pay - Great team collaboration and tech team culture - Hard working team motivated to solve problems - Great health care and coverage - Great PTO policy - "Decent" inner team collaboration
Cons
- C level leadership refuses to remove any blockers in terms of technology issues. - C level leadership has no clue on what their teams are doing. They have 0 insight into what their teams manage, what resources they're responsible for, or how they're managed - C level leadership has no clue on how our system works from the ground up. When they want something done, they do so with 0 understanding of the environment, which requires dramatic change in order to meet their needs. - Too many problems to solve and not enough hands to solve them. When solving problems does need to occur, no clear owners or responsibilities are ever known. "Oh, cloud owns this system. What is this?"
