      - No micromanaging while working from home - PTO is encouraged and never looked down upon - Career growth opportunities as the company is growing very fast

      Cons

      Management can be slow to respond sometimes but that can be due to extremely busy schedules

      Most communicative company I've worked at. Clear direction and open to feedback. Growth oriented and rewards high performers. ELT and SLT have created a culture that values employees.

      You need to be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to challenging yourself.
