      Pros

      - Great Leader who cares about my future. - Very supportive teammates, including colleagues in other departments - Great Benefits. - Good product model with room for expansion. - This is the most diverse team I have ever been on. (Gender, Race, Orientation, etc.)

      Cons

      - The industry has a lot of nuance to it, and Invoice Cloud interfaces with many partners and entities. It can feel like a long road to becoming an expert, even for those familiar with the space. - Smaller workforce numbers can lead to staff with big backlogs.

      Most communicative company I've worked at. Clear direction and open to feedback. Growth oriented and rewards high performers. ELT and SLT have created a culture that values employees.

      Cons

      You need to be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to challenging yourself.
