      Pros

      This was the best experience I have had in my career. All teams are accessible and collaborative. They value customer service, but do not sacrifice employee satisfaction to obtain their company goals. EngageSmart is the first company I've worked for that truly values work-life balance for it's employees, rather than just talking about it. They offer excellent benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Like many companies right now, they have had some layoffs due to restructuring. I have every confidence that they will remain a strong company that continues to focus on customers and employees.

      Most communicative company I've worked at. Clear direction and open to feedback. Growth oriented and rewards high performers. ELT and SLT have created a culture that values employees.

      Cons

      You need to be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to challenging yourself.
