Pros
There is a good working environment. Very friendly team. Very helpful and easy to work with colleagues. Good and frequent training. Position shifts are possible. Fast progress is awarded. Good management. Very good for a first job. There are enough non-work activities, often organized by team members. Health insurance.
Cons
Not so competitive salary. The job is not very challenging. There is not much room for career development. Office location is not good (it is compensated by neighboring subway station)
