Training does not meet job requirements. Many broken processes are ignored , very old school mentality. New software in place but only a few actually use it so getting help on anything is next to impossible. No overtime pay even though the job requires extra hours to keep customer satisfied. Managers will tell you what you want to hear but make no real and measurable effort to help even when you reach out. You will get a response less than half the time, if that. Keep looking, there are better jobs out there.
