There are no Pros about a company that claims to have integrity and grossly under bids a contract in order to be awarded the contract. The company with no integrity from the CEO down to the worthless and incompetent program manager. The company pay very low wages and grossly undervalue their employees. Company hires weak managers who either think its their job to micro-manage or don't manage the resources that they suppose to manage and tries to manage the resources that are not their responsibility to manage. The company provides no real leadership and there is very little to no communication to the employees.
