Management and CEO very biased and had favorites that they protected. They allowed their favorites to trample all over the other reps and poach in territories that are not assigned to them. A lot of back stabbing among the reps. Management stressed the fact that they don't lay people off, during the interview process to attract new employees, but are very quick to "eliminate positions" if you're struggling to hit your number or complain. Not a healthy environment to work in.
