Never worked for better - Senior Order Processor Iron Bow Technologies Employee Review

They have excellent benefits, a family comes first attitude and excellent support for the top down, with access to those at the top. Feels like a family. Been here for 13 years and know they have my back professionally and personally. They are flexible (within reason), We have remote work capabilities. We are a large company but feel small. We have fun, with mutual respect for one another. We are very diverse and inclusive, and do work with veterans and try to do charity work throught the year. I recently lost my mother to cancer and moved in with her when she went on hospice. I did still work full time, but Iron Bow worked out hours that worked for me and for them, and had my back the entire time. I didn't have to worry about my job with all the other stress I had because they worked WITH me to make sure that didn't happen. Every other compny I have worked for I would of had to lose my job, NOT take care of my mom (which was not an option in my book), or go on FMLA and not have a paycheck. But Iron Bow cared about me, and about family, and because of that they get more out of me. Not all companies have firgured this out, that's for sure.
